2. Services

Van7 Group provides digital services — automation, web development, marketing, branding and consulting. The scope, timeline and price of each project are set in a separate agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

After full payment, ownership of the final deliverables passes to the client as agreed, excluding third-party materials, open-source components and our pre-existing tools.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate information, timely feedback and the access needed to deliver the work.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Van7 Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Chișinău, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
